Basketball for Schoolchildren aged 6-17

Basketball is a game that allows a child to feel part of a team, learn to live and work in the same direction as their partners, respect the interests of each person in the team and be able to overcome difficulties together and rejoice in victories.

We provide only safe training:

Warm-up – We pay a lot of attention to stretching, movement coordination and preparing all muscles for the following workout.

Increased coaching control – the coach closely monitors the training process and discipline.

Training methods – We carefully select the load based on the physical peculiarities of the children, which allows us to avoid overloading during training.
