Reports State Frank Will Remain On Nets Grill; At Least For Now!

Things right now are not going well right now for New York Vinnie’s neighbors in the “Garden State” the New Jersey Nets. The Nets are playing so badly right now they make “MY BOYS” the New York Knicks look halfway decent. New Jersey has started out this season on an 0-11 streak still waiting for their first win of the season.
There was no doubt that the Nets were going to be pretty bad this year before they even started Training Camp. The club has traded their three main stars over the last couple of years and they are right now in rebuilding mode. However New York Vinnie does not believe that any one thought they would be this pitiful.
We have already seen one firing in the NBA this season as the New Orleans Hornets have terminated Byron Scott after the team started out 3-6. So is head coach Lawrence Frank in danger of being the next one out the door in the NBA? Not according to “CBS Sports” where reports are stating that Frank is safe for the time being due to all the injuries the team has. The Nets right now are without Keyon Dooling, Devin Harris, Jarvis Hayes, Yi Jianlian and Courtney Lee all due to injury.
The reports are saying that Nets Team President Rod Thorn realizes that Frank can only do so much the the Frickin depleted roster he is dealing with. You could have Frickin John Wooden and Red Auerbach coaching the Nets right now and they would not be playing much Frickin better. New Jersey does not have a whole lot of Frickin talent that is able to play right now. That certainly is not Frank’s fault.
Lawrence Frank is not the most impressive looking guy in the world; he looks more like a Frickin accountant than a pro basketball coach. The last two seasons the Nets have not played well but they have not had the talent to do it. This is a team in transition right now; it is tough to figure out what they will eventually become. When Frank had talented teams in New Jersey he did very well. Without the J-Kidd, Richard Jefferson and Vinsanity trio he is not doing well.
Whether Lawrence Frank has what it takes to lead New Jersey back to respectability is debatable. However you can ot make a determination on this matter with the Frickin roster he has now. The best bet for everyone is to be patient and wait for this team to recover. Then you can realistically see what Frank is capable of with this new version of the Nets.

New York Vinnie will never start a fight, but he's not afraid to finish one.. Mess with New York Vinnie and he'll rip your nuts off and throw them down the sewer!
